Dr. Crist is the CEO of GreenLoop IT as well as the President and Chief Financial Officer of PC Parts, Inc. He has extensive experience in information technology, logistics, biotechnology and statistical analysis. Dr. Crist holds a Ph.D. in Physiology from the Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine and a B.S. in Cellular and Molecular Biology.
Before joining the company in 1998, Dr. Crist served as President of Edge Biosciences, a start-up biotechnology company. Prior to that, he was a fellow at the Penn State College of Medicine specializing in cellular signal transduction, endocrinology, and pharmacology. He served on the Penn State faculty senate as well as on the Institutional Review Board at Hershey Medical Center. Dr. Crist is published in the field of metabolism and still teaches part time at Harrisburg Area Community College. His work led to a U.S. patent (6060481) for the treatment of Type II diabetes which is currently being developed by Novartis. He has also served on the boards of Estari, Inc., the Thompson Institute, and the Central PA workforce development board. With his wife Jennifer and their seven children, Dr. Crist also helps to lead philanthropic work in Central America.
Adam Crockett is the Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing for PC Parts, Inc. In addition, Mr. Crockett serves as a member of the Board of Directors & President for the holding company, GreenLoop IT, Inc. Mr. Crockett has extensive sales and sales management experience in the broad field of information technology. Adam’s current responsibilities include definition of corporate strategy and development, strategic merger & acquisition and partnership identification, implementation of the company’s strategic growth plan, overall management for its sales and customer service teams, and customer experience. Adam holds a B.S. in Marketing from Miami University in Ohio.
Before joining PC Parts, Inc., Mr. Crockett spent 10 years working for Pomeroy IT, an IT 3rd Party Service Provider which is currently within PC Parts’ primary target market. During his tenure, Adam held position as Regional Vice President and General Manager, Sales Manager, Sr. Client Sales Executive and Account Manager.
Mr. Crockett has served in various roles and is an active member of CompTIA and the Tech Council of Central PA. Mr. Crockett resides in Hershey, PA with his wife and their three children.
Scott Heiland is the Director of Operations for PC Parts, Inc. Mr. Heiland holds an Associate Degree in Specialized Technology from Electronic Institutes in Harrisburg. His career includes 20+ years of experience directing information technology and business management plans, managing complex IT projects, building, developing, leading technical and professional teams, and providing critical business strategy support. He is anointed for business and has a passion for ministry in the workplace. During his tenure at PC Parts, Inc., he oversaw the implementation of the company’s certificate process to become a DEP permitted electronic waste recycler in Harrisburg, as well as the implementation of the company’s detailed Quality Assurance program.
Previously, he held the position of regional Vice President of Service Delivery for Pomeroy IT Solutions, Systems Architect for Ajilon Consulting, and Electronics Development Lab manager for Ferranti International.
Adam Akers is the IT Director for PC Parts, Inc. Adam is responsible for all IT and Telecommunications Infrastructure, Strategic Business Analysis, Applications and Business Intelligence, Business Continuity, and also the operational support, maintenance, and performance of all system used throughout the business.
Adam has worked in the information technology field for more than 17 years working with a variety of systems.
Matt Arnold is the Director of Sales & Marketing for PC Parts, Inc. Matt came to PC Parts, Inc. in 2009 after 5 years in the IT 3rd Party Service Provider channel as a Sr. Sales Executive, and Account Manager, selling ITAD, IMAC, break/fix, and other associated products and outsourced service engagements. Matt has an extensive understanding of how a successful service part and logistics program is necessary for an organization who wants to deliver top notch service to their end users. Matt is currently responsible for overall core-business development for PC Parts, Inc. Matt holds a B.S. in Marketing from Shippensburg University.
Matt is actively involved with industry associations such as the CompTIA IT Service and Support Community, The CompTIA Managed Print Community, the Tech Council of Central PA, and the Service Industry Association. Mr. Arnold currently resides in Boiling Springs, PA with his wife Jillian, and their 2 daughters.
CW is an account executive and purchasing agent for PC Parts,Inc. CW started from ground-up when he joined the PC Parts team at the age of 15. His first 5 years were spent experiencing the critical tasks a variety of departments perform to make PC Parts such a successful partner. It wasn’t long until he set his sights on a sales role. His drive to maintain that “partner” status and provide for our clients is still evident almost 20 years later. In an ever changing industry where price seems to take center stage, its reassuring for him to see those clients who recognize the importance of quality, dependability and commitment from their supplier as well. He is always available via instant message, email or a quick phone call. He is ready to show how we can make a difference.
Although his dedication to PC Parts often extends outside the office, family time is always a priority with his wife & 3 children. They reside in the Harrisburg,PA area.
Curt Laudenberger is a Senior Account Executive and purchasing agent with PC Parts Inc. He has been with PC Parts Inc. since 1993 and joined the sales team after spending his first 6 months working in the warehouse. After nearly 20 years in the parts business Curt has seen many industry changes along the way but continues to adapt in order to best serve the PC Parts Inc. customer base. He believes the key to great service in this line of work is accuracy and SPEED - whether it be providing pricing, tracking or putting out a fire Curt is ready to take on your emails and instant messages whenever you need him throughout the day. Curt especially likes it when you email him lists of excess Lexmark, IBM, Dell or HP product that you have for sale.
Before starting his career at Pc Parts Inc Curt got to know his way around the seafood industry by working at a local market through college. Curt holds a B.S. in Human Resources Management from Cabrini College in Radnor, PA and currently resides in his hometown of Lancaster, PA with his wife Holly along with 3 dogs and 2 cats.
Scott Cooper is a Senior Account Executive at PC Parts Inc. Scott holds a B.A. in Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh, which has attributed to his level of Customer Support throughout the years. Scott started with PC Parts Inc. in the PC Technician department and quickly advanced through the ranks and transitioned to sales.
Scott currently resides in the Harrisburg PA area, with his wife Sarah, and 4 children.

PC Parts, Inc. is proud to announce its newest endeavor iFix2Go (www.ifix2go.com ) has landed a spot on the front page of the Central Penn Business Journal.
iFix2Go is a retail oriented iProduct (iPhone, iPad, and iPod) repair organization located in ‘high foot traffic’ areas like shopping centers and malls.
iFix2Go also offers the above in a B to B, re-branded, depot service, and iPad insurance offering (iFix2Go Guard) available for the IT 3rd Party Service Provider/ Value Added Reseller community to market to its customers.
